How often should I train for peak performance?
Consistency is key. For most student-athletes, 2-3 sessions per week provides the ideal balance of high-intensity stimulus and recovery to see meaningful gains in speed, strength, and agility.
How long is a typical training session?
Our sessions generally run 60 minutes. This includes a dynamic warm-up, targeted explosive movements, and sport-specific conditioning designed to maximize every minute on the turf.
What ages do you work with?
We specialize in training student-athletes from middle school through college. Programs are customized based on the athlete's developmental stage and specific performance goals.
Is the training sport-specific?
Yes. While we build a foundation of athleticism, we tailor drills to the demands of your sport—whether it's the explosive start for a sprinter or the lateral agility needed for a point guard.
